They contacted me prior to arrival and arrived on time. They were very courteous and professional. They were extremely knowledgeable and went right to work. They were very respectful of our property and goods. They worked very hard and steady. It was a wonderful experience. We had Carlton, Olan and Jermaine. They worked so well as a team. Diligent. If you can get this team, you will not be disappointed. We were highly impressed.

The gentlemen arrived separately and waited in their cars until both were ready. Hired 2 for 3 hours to unload 3 Upack containers (like PODS). I provided Dolly, Handcart, and wagon. They completely unloaded all three containers in 2.5 hours and used the remaining time to set up a couple beds. There was no extra charge for taking items to the basement down a flight of stairs. I was made aware of any damages as items came out of the container and they reported one plastic organizer on wheels cracked when they placed it in basement. No big deal. All in all, they were professional, followed instructions, prepared with lift straps, on time, careful and collaborative movers—they are also crazy strong! Yes I would definitely use them again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We accept or decline the order within 48 hours of receiving the order. Our customer will then receive a follow up from us within 48 hours of acceptance. This period the longest that it might take. We aim for these two periods to be quicker. We will confirm all parts of the order and ensure that we understand the nature of the request.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the day of the scheduled move, we will communicate our expected time of arrival, prior to arriving. Upon our arrival, we will assess the moving needs, as well as assess the conditions of the site. Additionally, we complete our initial documentation within the initial time of our arrival. We will handle the items we are requested to move with care. We place the safety of items and our crew as a high priority. We will complete our assignment as promptly as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If it is a loading only job: have enough moving blankets for each piece of furniture. Bigger furniture requires two or more blankets. Have ratchet straps to ensure the load is secure during transport. Be able to have a representative present at all times to answer questions, etc. Have all items boxed and ready. When there are items not ready, it takes longer to load and we cannot always load efficiently and effectively. If it is an unloading job: (there was more to this answer but not enough room).
What types of moves have you handled?
We're experienced in office, residential, & commercial moves. We've participated in small moves, as little as one item to as big as several truck loads. We feel comfortable handling light delicate items like Ikea-type furniture to heavy items like safes, pool tables, pianos, & equipment. We care for antiques. We've traveled within short proximity to our location, to across the country. We provide logistical support & answers to most questions regarding how to ensure the safety and success of the move.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love the opportunity to begin a moving project by planning and then through our systematic approach, executing the steps needed to bring about a successful outcome of the project in a manner that can be appreciated by our customers.
What training do you provide your crew members?
At times we over-staff a job to give our crew members on the job training. We get them to handle smaller tasks and coach them during the job as needed. Then from one job to the next increase the tasks until they show proficiency in the areas needed. We review each job with them after the completion of the job. At this time, we provide encouragement in the areas that they done well in and we provide information to help in the areas that we have observed that growth is needed.
